We bill hourly for our design work and our order procurement and management capabilities and we mark up goods that are sold to us at a significant discount by our trade partners.

4. How do you bill?

We don't have a minimum per se. However hiring us is a financial investment and generally worth it for clients who are looking to do a significant renovation, or who'd like to furnish their entire home. Our clients tend to acquire furnishings in the mid- to high-end range for their luxury properties. That's not to say we won't work with you if you want to buy pieces from retail stores (which we do often when we value engineer different rooms in the home--for example, the kids' or guest bedrooms), but as a percentage of your total investment in your home, working with us adds the most value the larger or more bespoke your project is.

Last but not least: we value more than anything working with nice clients! We care more about interacting with and helping good people than how large their budget is.

3. do you have a budget minimum?

Look for images in magazines or online (such as Pinterest) that best represent your vision. If you don't know exactly what you like, we'll show you images curated by our studio and we'll figure out your vibe in no time. Also, it's always very helpful if you come to us prepared with a clear scope of the work you'd like done and, more importantly, a sense of budget. But don't worry: if you're not there yet, we will help you arrive at a defined project scope and budget--it's one of our strengths!

2. How do I prepare for our first meeting?

We start with an introductory call or meeting to make sure we're the right fit for each other. It's our chance to hear about your vision, your needs, and your timeline, and your chance to get to know how we work. We'll be partnering closely on your home, so the relationship matters as much as the design.
